Situato al 1° piano, comodo e ben distribuito. È composto da tre stanze, di cui una suite, oltre a una cucina e un bagno condivisi.
L'appartamento è ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre agli studenti. Dotato di Wi-Fi e di cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori base.
PERIODI: da Set a Feb O da Mar ad Ago O da Set ad Ago.
PAGAMENTI:
Come conferma della prenotazione è dovuto il primo mese + la Admin Fee
Il restante importo verrà corrisposto in 4 rate trimestrali per periodi di locazione di almeno 10 mesi o in 2 rate trimestrali negli altri casi.
La prima rata sarà pagata al momento del check-in dopo il controllo della camera.

The room is equipped with a three-door wardrobe, an XL desk with storage compartments, a large bookshelf, mirror, shoe rack, armchair, and a 140x200 cm bed.
The wall colors are designed to boost mood and support concentration while studying.
Located on the 1st floor, comfortable and well laid out. The apartment consists of three rooms, including one suite, as well as a shared kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment has been renovated to meet all students' needs. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and a kitchen fitted with all essential accessories.
PERIODS: from Sep to Feb OR from Mar to Aug OR from Sep to Aug.
PAYMENTS:
The first month's fee + the Admin Fee is due as confirmation of the booking
The remaining amount will be paid in 4 quarterly installments for rental periods of at least 10 months or in 2 quarterly installments in other cases.
The first installment will be paid at check-in after the room has been checked.

Il locatore accetta solo prenotazioni da parte di studenti di età compresa tra i 18 e i 29 anni.
