This is a private bedroom, bright and cosy. It is located in (hidden)ment only couple of stairs to the main apartment. It is spacious with single bed, desk, chair, lamp and a dresser. Hangers and mirror is in the room as well. The best thing about this room is that it is very private since it is in (hidden)ment so there will be no disturbance.

This apartment is on the best location, in walking distance from the University of Iceland, supermarket, bakary, coffee house, swimming pool and ice cream store. It’s in a great friendly neighbourhood and is on second floor. Bus stops right in front of the house. The apartment has 4 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen with all amentities you need.

The pictures shows exactly how the apartment will be handed out but in the biggest room we will add bed, desk and dresser. Also there will be dining table in the kitchen.

There is a clean laundry room in (hidden)ment with very spacious drying room. Washing machine is labeled for the apartment.
