This is an individual room with a private bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen is shared with 7-10 other residents.

Description*:

Bedroom: The bedroom includes a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair. Residents can also purchase a "starter pack” for a reasonable price at the University Bookstore, including a duvet, pillow, bed linen, towel, face cloth, and ten coat hangers. A storage locker is included with each room and is located on the same floor as the room in question.

Bathroom: A private bathroom with a shower and basic interior.

Internet: The Internet is included for registered students at the University of Iceland.

Kitchen – shared facilities: 7-10 residents share a kitchen. The kitchen has basic electronics, utensils, crockery, fridges, a freezer, and dishwashers. Adjacent dining room area with a seating area and television. Exit to a balcony or a terrace.

Common areas: A fully equipped laundry room is on the ground floor. Please note that the use of the laundry room may be limited and subject to house rules. The building has an elevator and bicycle storage on the ground floor. Waste is sorted into plastic, paper, and general waste, and garbage storage can be found on the ground floor.

Friends or family members can apply to live together; in this case, both parties have to apply and put each other's names and social security numbers (Icelandic: "kennitala") "in a comment.

There are few parking spaces in Student Housing and, therefore, no secured parking spaces for apartments. Parking is not prioritized besides access for disabled people and short-term preschool parking.
