Room: A room in the Saint Lorenz residence with a private bathroom and air conditioning, for worry-free study and relaxation, year-round.
The room is available in two configurations: a shared double, with sleeping space for two students, or a double for single use, for those seeking more space and privacy. Choose the option that best suits your university lifestyle.
Apartment: Saint Lorenz isn't a building with rooms for rent: it's a residence designed for university life, from the first day of classes to the last exam. Located at Via Roma 47, in the heart of Reggio Emilia, the building extends over five levels and houses 20 single and double rooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning.
On the ground floor, you'll find spaces designed for communal living: a dining room where you can share meals with other residents, a study room equipped with tables for pre-exam sessions, a shared laundry room, and a bike storage area for independent access around the city. An elevator connects the floors, and Wi-Fi covers both the bedrooms and common areas.
Each room, with an all-inclusive rate, protects you from unexpected costs: a private bathroom, air conditioning, and internet connection are already included, so you can focus on what really matters.
Secure your room before registration begins: during the university's peak season, applications for Saint Lorenz move quickly.
We're a bit old-fashioned and still prefer deposits like the good old days, so we require the deposit payment to be made to the property manager's bank account immediately after completing the reservation process on HousingAnywhere.
