ABOUT THE HOST

I’m an architect and interior designer with a passion for yoga, travel and cultural exchange. Having travelled extensively, I enjoy multicultural environments and meeting people from different backgrounds.
I speak English, French and Spanish, and I’m currently learning Italian.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, respectful and considerate who enjoys living in a well-kept home and naturally takes care of their surroundings.

The apartment is professionally cleaned every two weeks, and I also expect the shared spaces to be kept clean and pleasant on a daily basis.

The apartment is best suited to someone who has an active lifestyle outside the home and enjoys having a calm and comfortable place to come back to, rather than someone working remotely full-time.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

THE APARTMENT

The apartment is located in the vibrant and multicultural Marx Dormoy neighbourhood in Paris’s 18th arrondissement, just a 2-minute walk from the metro and approximately 15 minutes on foot from Gare du Nord.
Marx Dormoy is a lively, multicultural neighbourhood with a diverse mix of communities, local markets, international shops, restaurants, cafés and bakeries, some african grocery stores and businesses.

Just a 10-minute walk away, Jules Joffrin offers a more charming and typically Parisian atmosphere, with stylish cafés, cosy restaurants, wine bars, bakeries, small boutiques and a lively local market. It’s also close to Montmartre.

Sacré-Cœur, Montmartre and Pigalle are approximately 20 minutes away on foot, while the Louvre Museum and Opéra Garnier are around 30 minutes away by metro.

The apartment has recently been renovated and is fully furnished. It measures 57 m2 and includes two bedrooms, a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.

THE ROOM

The private bedroom is the opposite side of the apartment from my bedroom, providing a good level of privacy.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, so you can move in without having to buy furniture or household essentials.
