As per the lease agreement, the landlord requires a two-month rent deposit upon move-in (15 days prior your arrival). This deposit will be returned within 15 days of the end of the tenancy period, provided that all dues outlined in the contract have been promptly paid, no damages are found in the property, and the room is left in a clean condition at the time of check-out.

La zona è ben collegata al centro città tramite i mezzi pubblici ed è comoda a tutti i principali servizi, come supermercato, ufficio postale e farmacia. L’abitazione è molto luminosa e situata in un’area tranquilla e silenziosa.
L’appartamento è composto da:
- Ingresso accogliente
- Ampia cucina con forno, piano cottura, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e tutta l’attrezzatura necessaria (piatti, pentole, utensili, ecc.)
- Quattro camere (due singole, una doppia e una adibita a soggiorno)
- Un bagno completo con tutti i servizi
Sono inoltre presenti lavatrice, riscaldamento e aria condizionata.
Tutte le camere sono arredate con letto, scrivania con sedia e libreria.
Come previsto dal contratto di locazione, il locatore richiede un deposito cauzionale pari a due mensilità, da versare 15 giorni prima dell’ingresso.
