This rental is only for students:
The apartment, located at Via Selvatico 30, is spread over two levels:

on the ground floor you’ll find rooms A, B, C, D, and E,
while on the basement level there are double rooms F, G, and H.

The apartment features a spacious kitchen, three shared bathrooms, and a large terrace accessible directly from the kitchen and rooms C and D. The building is modern and equipped with an elevator. Common areas are functional and designed for comfort and practicality.
The apartment is located in the Arcella–San Carlo neighborhood, a well-connected area rich in services. Just 200 meters away there is a bus stop with fast connections to the city center and other parts of Padua. Supermarkets such as Despar, pharmacies, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The area is also ideal for students: nearby is the Arcella–San Carlo Library, a quiet and well-equipped space perfect for individual study. Additionally, Padua's historic center is easily reachable in 10 minutes by bike, making the location perfect for those seeking a balance of convenience, vibrancy, and tranquility.

You also have an apartment group for any necessity or emergency and to communicate with your reference Apartment Manager. We will intervene with our technicians, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
