Here is some info on the BRAND NEW apartment in the central Enrico degli Scrovegni n. 1.
The new APP 135 is part of an apartment complex, and consists of: a large shared common Kitchen already equipped, 7 large single Rooms with Double and single bed, very bright.

The apartment is located in a very convenient area, perfect for reaching all the University Faculties in the Portello area (Economics, Engineering, Psychology, etc.) and Via Marzolo (Physics, Chemistry, etc.) in just a few minutes on foot.

Furthermore, the apartment is in a strategic position: it is a ten-minute walk from the main squares, such as Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza dei Signori.

The area is also very convenient for getting around by public transport: the bus stop is in the parallel street Via Gozzi, a 1-minute walk from the apartment. The train station is also convenient to reach, as it is only 5 minutes away.
