Dining room with complete kitchen including oven, induction, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker... A flat where you will feel at home, with all the comfort and privacy you need. Cleaning of common aeras every 15 days included. As owners, we will take care of helping you with everything you need, solving any incident that may arise so that you can focus on your studies. Building WITHOUT elevator.

All expenses included in the price (rental 390€ + 50€ for electricity, water, WIFI and heating = total 440€/month). NO agency fees, direct from the owner. Deposit 700€ to be returned at the end of stay. 9 to 10 month stay from September to June.
