The apartment and the room is fully furnished and it includes: Bed, desk, office chair, computer monitor, study lamp, static bicycle, clock, radiator, curtains, rugs, Wi-Fi, two bedside drawers, vacuum cleaner, iron, mirror, closets, hangers, complete kitchen utensils and furnished common areas, bathroom, balcony, sauna, laundry, gym, club room.
The tenant is expected to be clean, tidy and follow the apartment's rules.
