The prices run from 280 to 260 depending on the size of the room. Please be aware that the tram to the University of Espinardo is just in front of the building and all facilities are nearby health centre, supermarkets and city centre. Also, la Merced Campus is 5 minutes walk from the flat. The Internet is included and rubish picking up service as well. Bills are not included. Every room has a private lock.
