The apartment of Via Gaeta 1 is located at the second floor of a residential building. It consists of a large entrance hall, 4 private bedrooms, kitchen with living zona and 1 bathroom. The apartment is about 100 square meters and has been recently renovated and renewed in the fornitures and equipments.

The apartment is located in Via Gaeta, in the district of Affori – Comasina, very close to the metro station of Affori (yellow line M3), far from the apartment only few meters. The flat is located in a favourable position for university students of Politecnico of Milan – Campus Bovisa, reachable in 15 minutes by train from Affori FN, as well as for students or workers of Niguarda Hospital, reachable by bus number 41 or by walking in less than 20 minutes. Close to the apartment there are many stops of surface public transport: bus lines 40, 41, 52 and 70 are a few meters far from the apartment; the metro station of Affori (M3 yellow line and Passante Ferroviario) is around five hundred meters far from the flat. The area is very well served with all kind of services: Supermarket Conad City, Lloyds Pharmacy, shops, bars, restaurants and take-aways. Every wednesday, from 7AM to 2PM, there is the Affori district market right in via Gaeta.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
-BI-WEEKLY CONTRACT: If you move in during the 2nd half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month. If you move out during the 1st half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month. I always rent from the first day the room is available.

- DEPOSIT that it will be given back to you at the end of your stay.
- CONTRACT REGISTRATION (one time fee): depending on the room you are interested in. Please check the field OTHER to see this fee.
- ONE TIME ADMIN FEE: We are a professional property management company and for this reason we also include initial and final cleaning of the room; cleaning of common area of the flat every two weeks; 2 bed-linen; contract activation and termination: professional assistance service and property maintenance during your stay: we will take care of everything!
