Within the building you will find H24 Reception, shared kitchen, eating area, study rooms, laundry room, media room and a play zone.

The Monthly cost includes utility costs such as water, gas and wi-fi internet connection. Included also in the rate our Gym and all the Community events.
Not included in the rate and to be paid upfront 100,00 Euros of electricity that will be deducted based on your monthly electricity consumes (0,50 kw/h - This value may be subject to alteration based on trends in the cost of electricity).

After the confirmed reservation with Housing Anywhere, and 1 month before check-in ,
you will be asked for the payment of:
Required 2 months of deposit;
Mandatory Final Cleaning of 80,00 Euros;
Electricity deposit, € 100,00.
