This rental is only for students:

This large fully equipped bedroom. This room is part of a quiet apartment. The all-inclusive fee includes (water, condominium, gas and electricity expenses). .
RENTAL CONDITION:
- rental contract must last 12 months. If you want to leave the room before the end of the contract you can find another tenant willing to take over your contract and continue to pay the rent. If you don't find one, you will be responsible to pay until the end of your stay.
- in order to book the room, you will need to provide us your passport (if you are from outside EU also your residency permit) and pay the first monthly rent plus the one-time HousingAnywhere fee through the platform.
The day of your arrival:
- we will sign the rental contract.

- One-time contract registration fee: it will depend on the length of the contract and on the amount of the monthly rent

Questa ampia camera da letto è completamente attrezzata. Questa camera fa parte di un appartamento tranquillo. La quota onnicomprensiva comprende (spese di acqua, condominio, gas e luce). Non c'è nessuna commissione di agenzia da pagare.
CONDIZIONE DI AFFITTO:
- il contratto di locazione deve avere una durata di 12 mesi. Se vuoi lasciare la stanza prima della fine del contratto puoi trovare un altro inquilino disposto a subentrare nel tuo contratto e continuare a pagare l'affitto. Se non ne trovi uno, sarai tenuto a pagare fino alla fine del soggiorno.
- per prenotare la camera dovrai fornirci il passaporto (se sei extra-UE anche il permesso di soggiorno) e pagare tramite la piattaforma il primo canone mensile più il contributo una tantum HousingAnywhere.
Il giorno del tuo arrivo:
- firmeremo il contratto di noleggio.
-Cauzione: 2 mensilità di affitto a titolo di cauzione da versare il giorno del check-in.
- Tassa di registrazione del contratto una tantum: dipenderà dalla durata del contratto e dall'importo dell'affitto mensile
