▪️ All rental contracts must obligatorily end on February 28th, or depending on when the booking is made, on July 31st or August 31st.
▪️During the summer months of June, July, and August, cancellations are not possible.

The room, nice and comfortable, is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, TV, container bed and bookcase.

The apartment is on the seventh floor of an elegant building set in a quiet and elegant residential area. It is a very large apartment that enjoys a double exposure, being on a high floor. It is very bright and quiet, the common kitchen, with a large balcony, overlooks the park and is well exposed to drink an aperitif at sunset with a view of the Milan skyline as far as the eye can see because we have a park in front of it.

We are in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, a beautiful green area, with attention to detail and reassuring at all hours, every service is within walking distance, two supermarkets a few hundred meters away offer 24-hour service.

The building is very tidy and well inhabited, it offers a concierge service every day. It is a few minutes walk from the red subway, Bande Neri stop, also two buses stop under the house that takes you directly to one hundred (98.58.67).

The apartment is to be shared with 5 other tenants, both workers and students.

The fee INCLUDES € 100 of expenses that include everything (condominium expenses, cleaning service twice a month, Tari, TV, WiFi 1000 fibre, etc ..)
