Bed in a shared room for rent in a furnished apartment with 6 bedrooms in Milan (9 flatmates and 4 bathrooms). The property is on the ground floor.
IMPORTANT: Bathroom 2 is for the exclusive use of Bedroom 4, and Bathroom 2 is for the exclusive use of Bedroom 1

RENTAL CONDITION:
- Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee.
- Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment.
- Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below).
- The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract
- Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost"
- In the case of bookings shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€, in the case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by 80€.
