Rent single room in apartment in Via Palmanova, Milan, Cimiano area. We are a short walk from M2 Cimiano stop, 3 minutes from main services such as coop supermarket, gym and cinema and in a strategic location to San Raffaele Hospital.
The apartment is shared with 7 other boys/students/workers and is large and well distributed: large living room with equipped kitchen, three bathrooms and laundry space with two washing machines.
The room has interior facing and is furnished with single bed, closet and desk.

Background Check and Documentation Requirements:

- Achieving 2.5 times the rent amount for creditworthiness.
- Up to 4 cumulative guarantors are allowed.

Important Notes:
- CONTRACT OPENING COSTS: The contract registration fee will be split between the tenant and the owner, and the tax stamps are paid by the tenant at €16.00.
- CONTRACT CLOSURE COSTS: €150.00 fixed for termination fee (€67.00), cleaning at the beginning of the stay, and sinking fund for painting.
