We rent double room in 5th floor apartment on Gran Sasso Avenue. We are 50 meters from the
M1/M2 Loreto stop, five minutes
from the M2 Piola stop and a 12-minute walk from the Politecnico and Istituto Clinico Città Studi. 
The room is 22sqm and is very bright, has a private balcony facing inside and will be delivered furnished with new furniture.
The apartment is to be shared with 2 other student/working girls.

Following booking confirmation, completing a background credit check via a provided link is mandatory. This applies to all occupants and individuals booking on behalf of an occupant. All guests are required to undergo this screening process.

After the first payment that you will make on the platform, all other payments will be done through our main website. Once the booking is completed, users will be invited to register on the property manager’s website to continue with payments.

Background Check and Documentation Requirements:
- Evaluation of the credit profile is required
- Uploading tax documents to demonstrate the ability to pay rent regularly.-
- Achieving 2.5 times the rent amount for creditworthiness.
- Up to 4 cumulative guarantors are allowed.

Important Notes:
- CONTRACT OPENING COSTS: The contract registration fee will be split between the tenant and the owner, and the tax stamps are paid by the tenant at €16.00.
- CONTRACT CLOSURE COSTS: €150.00 fixed for termination fee (€67.00), cleaning at the beginning of the stay, and sinking fund for painting.
