In the flat there are two private bedrooms with two private kitchens (one with dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The recent renovation makes the flat cosy in every detail.
The flat is located in the heart of Città Studi district, where you will find:

Strategic location that will let you enjoy all the great activities that Milan offers. You will be able to explore the city by walk or using the several means of transportation in the area:
- Argonne Blu Line Metro 6 minutes by walk;

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED up to 50 euro of expenses per month (if you will do a normal amount of usage, you would not have to pay for it!).

After the payment of the first month rent on HousingAnywhere, to finalize the reservation, the tenant has to pay the deposit and the admin fee. The admin fee covers:
-weekly cleaning service of the common areas for the entire duration of the contract;
- contract registration fees (registration tax, stamps and registration fee);
-maintenance.
Contracts can’t end on 30 of April - 31 of May - 30 of June.
Cancelling contract in advance is possible with three months notice period only after three months contract. If you cancel the contract before the natural ending you have to pay 200€ penalty.
