The owner requires one month of additional administration costs : 770 euros
Security deposit
This is the security deposit : 1540 euros.
At the end of the contract, this amount will be returned to you if the house complies with the previously agreed conditions.
The reservation will be considered null if the required verification processes with the owner are not passed.
