The cost is: 990 euros + 390 of TOTAL expenses, including heating, wifi and utilities .
The only thing that's not included is electricity, which is paid based on consumption, which is difficult to estimate based on whether or not the air conditioning is used.

Upon booking, the first month's rent must be paid to the website and the security deposit must be paid directly to the owner.

L'appartamento è situato in corso Sempione al 7mo piano, luminosissimo, ristrutturato, aria condizionata, wifi.
Fornito di tutto, dalla lavatrice al microonde, dalle stoviglie ai coprimaterassi.
La cucina è in comune con una sola altra camera.

Il costo è di 990 euro + 390 di spese TOTALI, compreso condominio, portineria, riscaldamento, wifi e utenza del gas. Rimane esclusa solo l'elettricità da pagare in base al consumo, difficilmente stimabile per uso o meno dell'aria condizionata/climatizzatore.

All'atto della prenotazione va versata la prima mensilità al sito e la cauzione direttamente al proprietario.

La palazzina è signorile, frequentata molto bene, c'è portineria e doppio ascensore.

La zona una delle più belle di Milano. Centrale, residenziale, con negozi di ogni tipo (anche una Coop e una Esselunga a 200 Mt), tranquilla e sicura, ma anche zona di movida con locali e ristoranti eleganti.
