- La permanenza minima contrattuale corrisponderà al periodo di prenotazione su [xxxxx]. Qualora si desiderasse uscire prima del check-out selezionato in fase di prenotazione, si potrà esercitare l'opzione di uscita anticipata versando 1,5 mensilità. Nel caso in cui si volesse fare subentrare un inquilino (sia che lo trovi il proprietario sia che lo trovi l'inquilino attuale) si potrà uscire dall'appartamento pagando una spesa di servizio pari a 200€.In questo caso il contratto si chiuderà il giorno precedente all'ingresso del sostituto. Sarà comunque dovuta anche la spesa per la chiusura del contratto pari a 225€.. In this case the contract will end the day before the replacement tenant moves in. A closing charge of €225 will also be due.. In any case, 3 months before the check-out date, the regular cancellation must be communicated in order to terminate the contract on the established date; if no such communication is made, the contract will remain active.
