Bdroom 5 does include a built-in closet, which may not be clearly visible in the photos. The doors on the right side of the room are not an exit, but actually the entrance to the wardrobe — it's a spacious built-in closet for your personal storage.

There is a shared Living Common Space accessible only through rooms 6, 7, and 8. Although access is usually granted with good vibes and communication, please note that this area is shared and should be discussed with the flatmates.
