The room is interior, it has a window, an individual bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.

It’s located in the Casa de Campo neighborhood, in the district of Moncloa. In the area you’ll find small shops, restaurants, bars and parks such as the Oeste park and Campo del Moro; a couple minutes away you’ll also find the Casa de Campo Park.

The closest metro station is *Príncipe Pío (Lines 6 and 10)* and its *train station (C1, C7 and C10),* right next to the shopping center. From where, in a couple minutes, you can get to Universities such as the Complutense of Madrid and Politécnica in just a matter of minutes.

Rental conditions:

- We offer to pick up service from the airport with a cost of 65€+VAT
- The utility costs are as described in the listing. Nevertheless, if the usage of utilities exceeds the amount that the fixed price for utilities covers, it might be that extra costs will have to be paid.
