Our rooms in a 3-bedroom apartment measure 7.8 – 8.6 m2 and are located on floors 2 and 5 to 11 and are ideal for sharing with a friend. They are designed to give you the privacy of your bedroom while still enjoying the cosy atmosphere of a shared living room and kitchen. Each room has a compact double bed of 120cm, study desk & chair, a wardrobe with shelving, and full-length mirror. These rooms share two bathrooms and cooking facilities with 2 other flatmates.

The shared living space includes a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge-freezer, sink, hob, microwave, oven and plenty of storage, plus a dining table and chairs, comfy sofa and a flatscreen TV. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem – you get the best of both worlds.

Located in the famous neighbourhood of Príncipe Pío – just a short walk from the Palacio Real de Madrid and the buzz of the city centre.

With amazing public transport links across the street, you’ve got everything you need on your doorstep.
