🔸The usual booking period is from September to January and from February to June. Besides bookings more than 5 months are possible. For shorter stays, please contact us!
🔸Summer (June, July and August) could be possible 1 month booking and the administrative fee is only 100€.

🔸 Interior window

🔔 Bill costs are included up to 50€ per room.
🔔 Weekly cleaning is included.
🔔 The €150 move-out cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.

At the end of the contract, the tenant must pay a final administrative fee of 160 euros (“Exit Fee”), intended to cover the costs associated with the management and preparation of the property after it has been returned. This fee includes, among others:
🔸 The final complete cleaning of the property.
🔸 A monthly deep cleaning of the common areas, in addition to the weekly surface cleaning provided during the stay.
🔸 The replacement and/or refurbishment of minor items such as dishes, kitchen utensils, or other household goods.
🔸 The repair of small marks or stains on the walls resulting from normal use.
