Desde las habitaciones de la esquina se ve la plaza de las Comendadoras.Situado en el centro de la ciudad de Madrid, con un ambiente muy agradable y tranquilo, y muy bien comunicado. A menos de 5 minutos a pie de ICADE, a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro San Bernardo, a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la Plaza de España y las tiendas de Princesa y Gran Vía. Los dormitorios están completamente amueblados con escritorio, mesita de noche, armario, tocador, cama ... La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos además de TV y demás menaje del hogar.
