Nice single room located in Plaza de Santa Ana, in the heart of Madrid. It has a window facing the interior courtyard of the building. It comes equipped with a single bed (90 cm), a single wardrobe, a bedside table and a desk with a lamp. It's perfect for young workers and students. The size of the room is 8 m2, it has its own lock and electric heating. *Bedding is not included, only a matress cover is provided.
