Every corner of this space has been thoughtfully designed to ensure your comfort. The room is equipped with Smart TV, full wardrobe, desk, a 90 cm single bed, a bedside table, as well as the option to purchase a bedding kit. It also has air conditioning and heating.

We offer a unique experience with spacious common areas designed for comfort and functionality. These are:
- A large kitchen-dining room fully equipped and designed so that each resident has their own space and can enjoy it comfortably.
- The living room, cosy and bright, has a large Smart TV and a games table ideal for leisure time.
- The laundry room has a washing machine and an industrial tumble dryer.
