The other bathroom in the flat is also complete. This flat has central heating and parquet flooring, so you will always have an excellent temperature at home.

The rental price includes Internet and cleaning service twice a month.

In the kitchen you will find numerous cupboards, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster, a ceramic hob and an extractor fan. There is also a set of pots, pans and kitchen utensils. But it doesn't end there, there is also a small glass-enclosed drying area with views to the outside, with several cupboards and a broom closet.

Regarding transport, don't worry about anything, this area is very well connected. The nearest metro stations are: Pirámides (Line 5), which is also a Cercanías station (C1, C7 and C10); the Acacias Metro station (Line 5) is also nearby. As for buses, you have the following lines: 256, 62, 18 and H.
