The building has a supermarket and a concierge. No elevator. It's very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol and Tirso de Molina, a few bus stops).

There is a balconie overlooking the Basilica de San Isidro in the living room . High-speed WiFi is included. Utility bills (electricity and water) are not included, costing approximately 40€ per month. There is a cleaning service once a week for common areas, such as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, included in the price. Located on the 4th floor.
