All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare can be found in the "Foch" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Several public transports, restaurants, shops are located nearby. The apartment is on floor #3 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, microwave, pans, kitchen ustensils, crockery, toaster... The flat also has a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, water, electricity, household waste tax. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
