This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare can be found in the "Monchat" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Plenty of public transports, restaurants, shops are accessible close at hand. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is ready-to-live-in and is composed of a fitted kitchen with fridge, crockery, microwave, toaster, pans, kettle, kitchen ustensils... The flat also has an iron, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an ironing board. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: broom, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, bagless hoover... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: condominium fees, household waste tax, water, unlimited wi-fi, housing insurance, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
Charming brick houses and gardens make Lacassange – Montchat, in Lyon’s 3rd arrondissement, feel like a little French village. The calm, suburban atmosphere makes it one of the rare neighbourhoods in the greater Lyon area which still has its old charm, with its vast green spaces like the George Bazin park and the Chambovet park (which offers an outstanding panoramic view of the city as well as the cathedral on Fourvière hill). Many organic fruit-and-veg markets are held in the area, in addition to the traditional market of the Château de Montchat – a building which itself dates from the 16th century and nowadays is used as function rooms for business seminars and festive events. Montchat is also close to Part Dieu, Lyon’s commercial district which is home to one of Europe’s largest shopping centres and the main public transport hub (subway, airport shuttle, trains, buses, trams, coaches...). The CAF for Caisse d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all, including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate. Service fee : from 890€ The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of need for intervention in your accommodation. Deposit : 900€
