This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lille is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare can be found in the "Vauban" neighborhood, in the centre of Lille. A lot of restaurants, shops, public transports are located near at hand. The apartment is on floor #2 , with elevator. It is ready-to-live-in and is composed of a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, kitchen ustensils, toaster, crockery, pans, kettle, microwave... It also has an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine, a clothes rack. You will also find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: broom, mop and bucket, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: condominium fees, housing insurance, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, water, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Vauban neighbourhood covers the area from the Esquermes neighbourhood up to Lille’s citadelle, where the Deûle canal flows peacefully and the huge Boulogne forest stretches on silently. Vauban boulevard and the rue Nationale are lined with universities and higher education establishments such as the University Catholique, home to 30,000 students. This young neighbourhood is peaceful, wooded and quite residential, and you can find many students taking some time out in the bars and restaurants, as well as family homes further south. It’s very easy to explore the city from Vauban neighbourhood as the main roads all pass through here (boulevard Vauban, rue Solférino, boulevard de la Liberté and rue Nationale).

The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of need for intervention in your accommodation. Deposit : 600€
