One of the roomiest options in the apartment, and the only one with its own outdoor space. Ideal if you want a bit of extra room and somewhere of your own to sit outside.

This fully furnished 12 m2 room includes a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a desk with chair, a bedside table with lamp and a fan, plus its own private balcony. The window faces the street, so the room gets plenty of natural light. The bathroom is shared with two other single rooms.

The apartment is 114 m2 and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It also features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven and microwave), a washing machine and an internet connection. The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator, and it does not have heating. Cleaning of the common areas is included in the price; cleaning of the room itself is not.

📍 Location & Surroundings:
Riba-roja de Túria, a 15-minute walk from the metro, with a good connection to the centre of Valencia. Bus stop 5 minutes away on foot. Dia supermarket one block away and Mercadona two blocks away.

📋 The monthly price already includes €50 for utilities (water, electricity and internet). A one-off €50 final cleaning fee is payable on arrival, by card or bank transfer only.

📋 House rules: no smoking, no pets, no minors and no couples in this room. Check-in 15:00-18:00, check-out before 11:00.
