All rooms are SPACIOUS and are HOTEL TYPE, they have a LOCK with a key, FAN with a remote control to turn on and off as well as light from the bed, MINI-KITCHEN (fridge, microwave, toaster) to gain a great plus of PRIVACY, DOUBLE BED, wooden floor, LARGE WINDOWS with lots of light (although the photos were taken late in the afternoon and cannot be seen well).... BETTER TO SEE IN PERSON, if you see it you'll stay!
There is a large shared bathroom and equipped kitchen.
There are many parking spaces in the square where the apartment is located.
The price includes wifi and community, electricity and water to be paid between tenants separately according to the invoice (normally they are less than 20 euros per month in total).

CONDITIONS:
- Maximum one person per room
- No pets
- Students with guarantor or workers with a salary
- No parties, designed for calm and respectful people
- Minimum 3 months stay

There is 1 double room available for €250 per month for at least 6 months, for a shorter duration the price would be €270.
The remaining 4 rooms are occupied by 3 girls and 1 boy between 22 and 25 years old, 3 of them American English teachers and 1 student. We are looking for someone who matches the calm and respectful environment and who fits the profile of the current tenants.
