This rental is only for students:
Cozy and bright room, completely furnished, with private balcony and panoramic view of the city (you can see the Cathedral too), single bed and Wi-Fi (fast Internet connection - Fiber). The housemates are mostly students, boys, and girls, however all young, Italian and international.
The apartment is well connected to the city center (20 minutes by bus); in a quiet position; all services are close (supermarkets, banks, tobacconist bars, etc.). The apartment, on the fourth floor with lift, in addition to the bedrooms (5 private rooms in total), has 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped with 2 fridges, stoves, oven and microwave oven; all furnished with new furniture and it's stocked with pots, plates, cutlery, etc.
The photos are currently examples as the apartment is under renovation, the actual photos will be published at the end of January

PRICE PER MONTH ALL INCLUSIVE! What does all-inclusive mean? Rent + condominium expenses + heating + waste tax + electricity, water and gas bills + INTERNET + 2 monthly cleanings of the common parts of the apartment. You will only have an admin fee, which includes drafting and registering the contract (taxes and stamps), entry and exit cleaning, maintenance and insurance costs for the duration of the contract.
So to recap: no agency fees - no security deposit (for students) - no utilities header!

Ampia e luminosa camera, completamente arredata, con balcone privato e vista panoramica della città (si vede anche il Duomo), letto singolo e Wi-Fi (connessione Internet veloce - Fibra). Gli inquilini sono per lo più studenti, ragazzi e ragazze, tutti giovani, italiani e internazionali.

L'appartamento è ben collegato al centro città (20 minuti di autobus); in posizione tranquilla; tutti i servizi sono nelle vicinanze (supermercati, banche, bar tabacchi, ecc.). L'appartamento, al quarto piano con ascensore, oltre alle camere da letto (5 singole in totale), dispone di 2 bagni e di una cucina attrezzata con 2 frigoriferi, fornelli, forno e forno a microonde; il tutto arredato con mobili nuovi ed è fornito di pentole, piatti, posate, ecc.

Avrete da aggiungere solo una spesa amministrativa, che include la stesura e la registrazione del contratto (tasse e bolli), le pulizie di ingresso e uscita, le spese di manutenzione e assicurazione per tutta la durata del contratto. Riassumendo: nessuna commissione d'agenzia, nessun deposito cauzionale (per studenti), nessuna intestazione di utenze!
