5) Transportation: 90 m to bus stop and 150 m to metro station, metro runs 13 min to Aalto Otaniemi
campus and 25 min to Helsinki center.
6) Shopping: 250 m to local shopping center, about 1200m to a big shopping mall Lippulaiva.
7) Flat mates: two nice and tidy students.
8) Rent: 505+55e/m(charges)= 560e/m in total for 9 months or longer, but
570e/m in total for less than 9 months.
