bus stop: 150m, there are bus lines to different directions.

surroundings: in a very quiet and peaceful area, next to nature.

Total rent: 520+60=580e/m/room, for rental period 5 or more than 5 months including charge of water, electricity, heating, high speed WiFi (50MB), waste treatment and weekly sauna (in house building condominium.

Note: tenant will agree to compensate landlord’s commission fee 120 euro to Housinganywhere if rental period is shorter than 5 months. This fee can be paid when you arrive to Finland.
