about 500 meter to Iso Omena shopping center/metro station, from where metro runs 7 min to Otaniemi campus, 18 min to Center of Helsinki (Kamppi),

condition: very good and clean. Due to shared flat, there is a "General Rule" (how to share), and a Cleaning Schedule for weekly cleaning work every one should take.

Home insurance: tenant must purchase a home insurance and keep it valid during stay for example a travel insurance which covers the liability of rental accommodation.

When applying, please, tell something about yourself (age, gender, school campus, home university, gender preference to share the flat....) for the purpose that my tenants will, to maximum degree, match each other.

No smoking. No pets. No couples. No parties. No deep-frying in the kitchen.
