Renting out "one furnished room" for one person. The apartment has two bed rooms. So you have your own bedroom, but you share kitchen and bathroom with only one housemate.
The apartment size is 54 sqm. and your private room is 20 sqm. It has private balcony. Your room is furnished with basic stuffs and furniture such as bed, pillow, pillow sheets, blanket, blanket sheet, chair, table, small TV, mirror, and drawer.
The bathroom stuff, kitchen stuff, refrigerator, oven, washing machine and stove are available in apartment too as common equipment.
Rent: 560 euros per month (excludes water and electricity).
Note: The basic electricity fee is 40 euros and the water fee is 35 euros per month as extra fee. Internet/WiFi is shared with your housemate (10 euros per person).
Location is near Espoo center (Espoonkeskus), address is “Sokinvuorenrinne 4, Espoo”. It has easy transportation to anywhere by local train and bus. Bus stops are 150 meters away. Espoo railway station (local train station) and Entresse shopping center are about 900 meters away from apartment. Grocery stores, Bus stop, Pizzeria is only 150 meters away or 3 minutes walk.

- The room is for "one person" usage only. It is NOT suitable for couple or family.
