Terms & Conditions

💧 The monthly rent includes water, high-speed Wi-Fi and electricity up to a maximum of €25 per month per room.

🌱 At 53, we promote responsible energy consumption. Each room has its own electricity meter. If monthly electricity usage exceeds the €25 included in the rent**, only the additional amount corresponding to the resident's actual consumption will be charged.

📅 Minimum contract length: 12 months.

🔐 One month's security deposit and a guarantor are required.

💳 Payment details and the remaining booking conditions will be provided during the reservation process.
