The single studio has a little kitchen with a cooker, a private bathroom, a 105x200cm bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and hot-cold air conditioning. You can prepare your meal in the cooker or the microwave (you can also cook in the oven in the common area’s kitchen).

The price includes furniture and household appliances, utensils and kitchenware, free Wi-Fi, and supplies up to 50€/month (water and light). Bedlinen and towels are not included in the price, but we offer a set of both for 80€.

The common areas are the hall, the dining room with another super-equipped kitchen, the laundry room (a free service with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers), and a little terrace at the bottom of the Coliving. In this space, there will be 6 single studios, and the other 4 are located on the ground floor. Overall, during the academic course, there will be 12 students and young professionals.

In this coliving, you will live with other university students from different countries (including Spanish students). The ages range from 23 to 29 years, and we can also accommodate young professionals.

The location is close to relevant universities, and cultural and historical spots like Cauce del Rio Turia, Viveros Gardens, and the Museum of Fine Arts.
