The Property:
The room to rent has a double bed with its own private entrance directly into the room and its own fridge/freezer. You will have access to the shared bathroom in the main house. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer and everything you need to cook. You will also have access to your own fridge and freezer. The sitting room is nice and relaxing with a comfortable sofa and a TV that has Netflix and a fire stick. There is also on-street parking if you wish to park a vehicle. There is a strong WiFi connection.

The Location:
Our house is ideally located, surrounded by a beautiful large park. We have multiple bus routes within walking distance from the house such as the 77A, 65B and 49. We are a 10-minute walk from the Luas Red Line that brings you to Dublin city centre in 25 minutes. We are a 5-minute walk from the Square, which is a large shopping centre with all your needs including a cinema, grocery shops, gym, and restaurants. Tallaght Stadium is a short walk away, a stadium home of a football club and also hosting rugby. TU Tallaght is less than 20 minutes walk only.

The Hosts:
We're Megan and Lee, We're both in our late 20's. Megan works Monday - Friday and Lee works shift work. We enjoy socializing with friends so we spend a lot of time out and about. Our guests must love animals as we have a German Shepherd dog named Aslan (he is a sweetheart) and a kitten named Cailín who would do anything for a rub.
