On the other hand, community and water costs are included in the rent. However, electricity, natural gas, Wi-Fi, and Internet setup and installation bills must be paid equally among all tenants.

Kitchen equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven and fridge. 2 minutes away from the train and bus stations with direct connections to Rabanales Campus. 12 minutes away from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. 25 minutes away from the Faculty of Law. 5 minutes away from the city center. 3 minutes away from the main bus stops.

The flat is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood with the most international atmosphere in the city, highly valued among Erasmus students, both international and Spanish. The location of the neighbourhood makes it ideal for students as it is very close to both train and bus stations, making it very convenient for students who have to take a daily train to Rabanales or for those who travel often. It also stands out for its large number of shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces, and for its proximity to the city centre (only 5 minutes walking). The Faculty of Philosophy is also within walking distance. The nerve centre of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol, from where you can take the bus to the Faculty of Law.
