Double room (use individual)with private bathroom in a shared apartment with 4 rooms,plus 2 bathrooms, washing machine and a big fully equipped kitchen. The room is renovated (includiong bathroom) and very confortable with a a balcony, double bed , wardrobe, desk, chair, air conditioning and WiFi.

The apartment is located on the 1 floor of an old building in the historical center of Catania just 3 minutes walking from the Ursino Castle which is also the area of bar and restaurants.
Mandatory extra cleaning of the aparment and room every 2 weeks. 7€
