What does all inclusive mean? That there will be NO additional monthly costs to be incurred as electricity, water, gas, internet, etc., fall within the monthly cost.

So in summary:
- no agency fees
- zero maintenance costs
- no security deposit (in case of student)

You will only have a fixed cost of 380 euros to enter in the apartment (You pay only once to book) which includes drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamps), a monthly professional cleaning of the common areas, cleaning of your room before your entrance and after your leaving, insurance, ordinary maintenance necessary throughout the duration of the contract.

The rooms are furnished and the apartments are equipped with basic kitchen equipment.
