To move in, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a two-month deposit and the first month’s rent (or a proportional amount). Students must provide proof of enrollment and financial means, while workers will be asked to present payslips or an alternative valid payment guarantee. There is also the option to pay the full contract in advance for a minimum of three months plus deposit.

Please note that single rooms are for individual use only, while only one room is available for a couple or for someone seeking extra comfort. ARRIVAL SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday
-From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost.
-From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€.
-After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€.

Saturday
-From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost.
-Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€.

Sunday
Must be arranged in advance

IMPORTANT
-A person will be sent to deliver the keys.
-Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes.
-If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time):
-20€ until 18:00
-30€ until 21:00
-50€ after 21:00

!!️ Please note:
- Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you.
- If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. The measurements for the bedlinen are 90x190 for a single bed and 140x190 for a double bed.
