A Few Meters from City Hall and Close to the University Campus

At Burjassot Co-Living, we understand how important it is to build a sense of community and enjoy a shared lifestyle. That’s why we offer fully equipped rooms, with everything you need to live comfortably.

The apartment has a spacious living room featuring a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and lots of natural light. We provide essential services such as cleaning, maintenance, gas, water, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring your stay is as hassle-free as possible. Rooms are available with either a single or double bed for individual use, starting from €400 or €470, respectively.

Our location, just a few meters from City Hall and near the University Campus, makes it easy to access the city center and university life. We strive to create a welcoming atmosphere among our colivers and foster a friendly environment where you can feel at home.

To join us, we require a minimum stay of 3 months, one month's deposit, and one month’s rent upon entry.

Additional Information

* Students: Must provide study enrollment and financial means.
* Workers: Need to present a paycheck and financial proof.
* Without a salary? You can pay the contract in full (6 months + deposit).
* The rooms are for individual use only—couples and pets are not accepted.
* The room offered is Room No. 1.

Bed Linen and Towels

Please note that we don’t provide bed linen or towels. You will need to bring:

* Waterproof mattress protector
* Fitted sheet
* Comforter cover and pillowcase
* Body towel, hand towel, and shower mat

If needed, we can purchase the bed linen and towels for you. New sets cost €70, while used, sanitized sets are available for €40. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll take care of everything for you.
