Located in front of the Catholic University, Burjassot Co-living offers an exceptional experience for those who value community and a shared lifestyle. We provide fully equipped rooms with everything you need to live comfortably, along with essential services such as cleaning, maintenance, gas, water, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi, all included in your stay.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and bedrooms designed for your comfort. Choose from a double bed (single use) starting at €490 or a single bed starting at €440. Each room is filled with natural light to create a bright, inviting atmosphere.

Our goal is to make you feel at home by fostering a welcoming and friendly environment among our colivers. To join our co-living space, we require a minimum stay of 3 months, a deposit of one months, and payment for the first month (or proportional) upon arrival.

We require the following:

** If you are a student: Present your tuition and proof of financial means.
** If you are a worker: Provide your paycheck and proof of financial means.
** If you do not have a salary: Payment of the entire contract in full (6 months + one-month deposit).

Additionally, please note:

** The rooms are for individual use only. Couples and pets are not accepted.
** The room offered is No. 6.

ARRIVAL SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday
-From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost.
-From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€.
-After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€.

Saturday
-From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost.
-Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€.

Sunday
Must be arranged in advance

IMPORTANT
-A person will be sent to deliver the keys.
-Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes.
-If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time):
-20€ until 18:00
-30€ until 21:00
-50€ after 21:00

!!️ Please note:
- Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €90. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €50 and we will wash and disinfect them for you.
- If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. The measurements for the bedlinen are 90x190 for a single bed and 140x190 for a double bed.
